- Cut rolled dough into required round shapes
- For tiny round cookies, small risen cakes, savoury biscuits, small round crowns ("hunter's buttons")
- 1. Roll the dough between the baking paper (cut to the baking tray size) and a stiffer plastic film. Strip the film afterwards. 2. Cut the rolled dough sheet (2 to 3 mm thick) with straight moves of the pastry cutter.Prior to cutting, put the pastry cutter into a bag with flour and stir to flour it.
